Niki Davidson joined the AllStates' team in 2004 as Manager of Operations of our Telecom Division. In her current role as Director, Special Projects, Niki is responsible for managing Safety, Quality and Employee Programs throughout the organization. Niki brings twenty-plus years of leadership experience to AllStates, along with a deep understanding of the industry. Prior to joining the company, she served as Operations Manager for another leading staffing firm. Niki has established herself as an industry expert from both the customer and the field employee perspective, winning multiple awards for recruiting, sales, and new program development and management. She is active in many professional associations in both the wireless and wire line segments of the telecom industry.
Robert Pirtle joined the AllStates’ team in 2005 as a Telecom Recruiter. He has served as Recruiter, SR. Recruiter and Business Development Manager for Allstates. In his current role as Market Manager, Robert is responsible for managing the Telecom staffing service line throughout the US and is focused on driving the highest standards in safety and customer satisfaction. Robert brings 24 years of telecom experience to the AllStates team. Prior to joining AllStates, he served in the US Army as a wireless communications team chief. Robert spent several years as a microwave engineer and network engineer with several CLECs, and also worked in the DAS industry . He has many certifications in structured cabling and wiring . Since joining the team Robert has received several President Club and Executive Club awards as well as Recruiter of the Year multiple times. He has received multiple certifications with the American Staffing Association and is well versed in staffing and employment law.
Ken Osvath joined the AllStates’ team in 2002 as a Business Development Manager. He has successfully served in a sales and an ever increasing management capacity with the company. In his current senior leadership role, Ken is responsible for managing the Information Technology staffing service line and its day-to-day sales and recruiting operations throughout the US. Ken is best known for his relationship building and solutions selling approach to achieving the highest level of client satisfaction. Ken brings over 30 years of industry experience to the AllStates team.
Brenda Jokinen joined the Allstates Team in 2017 and specializes in IT and Engineering Recruiting. Ms. Jokinen has many years working within the oil and gas sector hiring key personnel for a multiple location firm. She has education and background in business management and business relations. Since she worked directly in engineering on EPC projects that gives her an advantage in the industry for which she hires. She enjoys recruiting and connecting the best person with the right company.
Beneka manages the General Technical Recruiting Division. As Human Resource Coordinator for a General Motors company, she recruited for senior commercial, engineering, operations, quality, and technical leadership professionals. Prior to Allstate, she was a HR Coordinator for a Canadian Company and worked as a Recruiter for Express Employment. She has over 15 years of recruiting experience.
Nora is the Benefits Administrator for all our staffing entities. She handles all employee benefit plans, as well as any matters relating to Workers Comp and FMLA. Nora started with the organization in 2010, working as an HR Generalist before specializing in Benefits.
Shannon is a New Hire On-boarding Specialist and has been with the company since August 2014. She enjoys helping candidates to get them working. Shannon started with the sister company inSync before moving to work with Fusion Solutions and Allstates Consulting.
Kris Bryan is the Director of Human Resources for our Staffing entities. Kris has been in the HR field for 20+ years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.
Beth Ann is the Human Resources Manager for all of the staffing companies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University. Beth Ann overseas the onboarding process, benefits and human resource issues for all employees. She has been with the company since 2014.
