Robert Pirtle joined the AllStates’ team in 2005 as a Telecom Recruiter. He has served as Recruiter, SR. Recruiter and Business Development Manager for Allstates. In his current role as Market Manager, Robert is responsible for managing the Telecom staffing service line throughout the US and is focused on driving the highest standards in safety and customer satisfaction. Robert brings 24 years of telecom experience to the AllStates team. Prior to joining AllStates, he served in the US Army as a wireless communications team chief. Robert spent several years as a microwave engineer and network engineer with several CLECs, and also worked in the DAS industry . He has many certifications in structured cabling and wiring . Since joining the team Robert has received several President Club and Executive Club awards as well as Recruiter of the Year multiple times. He has received multiple certifications with the American Staffing Association and is well versed in staffing and employment law.
Ken Osvath joined the AllStates’ team in 2002 as a Business Development Manager. He has successfully served in a sales and an ever increasing management capacity with the company. In his current senior leadership role, Ken is responsible for managing the Information Technology staffing service line and its day-to-day sales and recruiting operations throughout the US. Ken is best known for his relationship building and solutions selling approach to achieving the highest level of client satisfaction. Ken brings over 30 years of industry experience to the AllStates team.
Nora is the Compliance Supervisor for all our staffing entities. She manages our team of On-Boarding Specialists and is responsible for all new-hire and client related compliance matters . Nora has been with the organization since 2010, and held positions as an HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist before becoming the Compliance Supervisor.
Shelby is the Benefits Administrator for all our Divisions. She handles all employee benefit plans, as well as any matters relating to 401K and FMLA. Shelby has been with the company since 2016 and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Georgia State University. She is a mom to Mattie and Moses and has two Boston Terriers, Finley and Franklin.
Kris is the Vice President - Human Resources for all of our Divisions. Kris came to the company in 2004 with a wide range of Human Resources experience, and has continued to grow and evolve as the Company has gotten bigger. In her spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors, no matter what the season.
Beth Ann is the Director - Human Resources for all of the staffing companies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University. Beth Ann oversees the onboarding process, benefits and human resource issues for all employees. She has been with the company since 2014.
